McClinton does have a semi small criminal background, so far he has had two FTA's on no valid driver's license, and failure to produce a valid registration, both were fined and paid. Also something in 95' about a gun that was stolen, but charges were dropped due to lack of evidence. But he did have a valid concealed weapons permit, not sure if the guns found in his home were registered to him, if I am not mistaken that is a requirement in Nevada.
