Hello agin, I have made only observation based on logic and opinon. Not a thing I have said is or has been hateful. U can see my name now, (it ain't Mark). I just hope u realize Judges have to follow law and precedence of past judgments based on law. It is a very confusing, seemingly anti-logical process to laymen such as ourselves. I too suggest, unless Jasper has tangible, hard factual, backed by eye wittneses, and the murder weapon itself, evidence he has less of a case than the prosecution did against O.J.(the juice)Simpson. This is not hate, only reason.
