Jasper is far, far from the only person who believes or has concluded that Fuhrman is the culprit. Others, have concluded that a "cop" is the culprit but not Fuhrman.
Lawyer Leslie Abramson, who not only remarked at the time that she had seen phone records that showed Nicole alive at 10:17-10:28, she made a cryptic remark on the Larry King Show years later about "when the crime scene is messed up from the beginning by the cops, look for one of the cops to be the culprit."
We have also learned with the info from the Rampart Probe that when the cops delay hours and hours to call the crime lab and the coroner, it usually involves an officer involving shooting. They delay to get their stories straight, to plant or tamper with evidence--and as Lange or Phillips (whichever one it was) to the coroner's office--"work with us on this" and "we are still doing things" or words to that effect.
The moved evidence (as shown by crime scene photos),the moved Jeep of Nicole's (that remains unknown to the majority of trial followers to this day), the hiding of the photo log from the defense, giving only 2nd and 3rd genration photos to the defense and more---all indicate a collusion to hide what really happened--and when--to the courts.
Tried and true decisions by the courts have been mentioned. It is not tried and true --and following policy--decision to get "miffed" at both sets of lawyers suddenly and declare that because you are miffed you aren't going to let Fuhrman's background be investigated anymore as Ito did. Looked and sounded to me as a silly but effective "excuse" to shut that lead down..in a hurry.
It was NOT tried and true for Margeret York to lie about her knowledge of Fuhrman in a sworn statement. Nor was it tried and true for her to be put in charge of Internal Affairs just as the trial was started--making her the keeper of the secrets (cop's backgrounds) while her husband "ran" the trial.
I believer that these things and more indicate--before you even GET to the Evidence Problems---that there was a plan in effect to "protect" a cop or two. These actions are/were NOT designed to affect OJ in anyway--pro or con--but to effect the "cops" on the case. These actions were NOT to Protect OJ---but the cops.
Actions like hiding Brad Roberts in the criminal trial and then Barring him from the civil trial when allegedly he saw what Fuhrman saw--when he saw it.
Actions like Clark lying about when and why she was at Rockingham and who she did or did not speak with (proved by CNN video) make you start to wonder---especially when that person she lied about was Mark Fuhrman.
Also lying about being at Margaret Simpson's when the subpoena was handed out, then getting caught at it and more.
Also Clark "protecting" Fuhrman throughout the trial and denying knowing his background, and never ever really detaching the prosecution from Fuhrman. Allowing him to put on a false alibi.
And more....
Then reading all the books where the participants don't agree on anything and basically call each other liars about what did or did not happen on the evening of the 12th and the day of the 13th and more.
But ...the most Suspicious Thing is Fuhrman's growing story--his Improving Story as time goes on. According to him, he found much more evidence. Evidence never told. Evidence Clark "hid".
So, unless someone is prepared to say that Clark and Company actively protected OJ and helped him get away with murder, be prepared for they Actively protected someone else. A pathological liar. One of their own. Someone who had an active relationship with Nicole, had a history with her, and Hired a Thug (Tony Pellicano) to scare these people into keeping quiet. And someone who had a much more "violent" past than OJ ever had.
