There was evidence that was tampered with and added in the OJ case. Only the fanatics refuse to accept that and admit that. Unfortunately, some think that was OK for the cops to do. I am not one of those people.
OK. Evidence was tampered with and added----after it was in the custody of the cops. Some added and tampered with or came up missed months later in the custody of the cops.
FRAME? Why?
1) to add to case where they think that they are "getting" a killer 2) just for the heck of it (I don't susbscribe to this one) Or 3) throw blame onto another person other than the real killer
General logic will tell you that there are only a few reasons to frame someone.
1)revenge---gonna get the guy 2) add to evidence already there because you think the person is guilty and you want to see them punished.
3) the real killer is trying to get away with murder and is going to blame it on somebody else.
Since all the evidence tampering (that we know about) and evidence added was done in the custody of the cops, we have to look to THEIR reasons.
I think 2 and 3 fit for the cops. #1 would also fit for the killer.
Usually but not always it is the killer who frames somebody. (unless you work for the LAPD at Rampart).
I would say, in general, the cop on the street had nothing personal against OJ Simpson.
But we do have a cop who DID have something personal against OJ Simpson and that is Mark Fuhrman.
A man who led the other cops to conclude that OJ did it. A man who can lie so well and "do" sincere so well that he took full advantage of the Pattern and Practices--long established and ingrained in the LAPD that the cops just went about their jobs and helped with the "frame" just as they were expected to by Fuhrman and as they were trained to do.
The bottom lie is that Frames are usually done by the killers(not some third party). And since the evidence as we know it was tampered with and planted while in the hands of the LAPD, I believe it is logical to make the leap that a cop is the killer. A cop on the scene. A cop able to "control" and "lead" the investigation in the areas he wanted it to lead and to hide information (like Rosa Lopez).
And take that same cop, who even years later is changing his story, adding to his story, telling bizarre stories, etc, I think so conclusion can be made.
