I have seen Murder 101. Pierce Brosnan movie about a Professor who gets set up to appear to be a killer of a man's wife and lots of students. He put the alleged killer away who still maintained his innocence, and the professor made it a class assignment to find the real killer. One by one as the professor is suppose to meet the students and get their information, the student dies, or dies just after he shows up. It is a low budget which used every penny to put out a gripping production of this script. In the end the actors come out of character and Brosnan wants to do this scene again. It is real Moonlighting type ending. Amazing that you bring it up, and how people who keep looking into this case end up dead or hiding. :)
