What I'll do is put up three or four new chapters (might have done better or worse earlier or later) and an example of the index. I have to tell you, though, the form that the index takes changes every time I think about it. First I was going to simply list all of the movies in the book alphabetically and give a page numbers for everywhere they appear. I think that's what most people expect in a book index. I will do that, of course, but The Smoking Gun presents a different challenge. I don't think I can get most people to see it without a diagram showing the physical connections like a network of brain cells. Give me a couple of days on that. --Jasper
