It is a manuel, that gives the criterior for psychiatric diagnosis. Wanted it to add to the Fuhman stuff as a brain jogger, and official back up of what I said. I used a DSM 3, which probably not the same as the newer one. It was made so psychitrists and psycholists, etc could just write numbers instead of long paragraphs in charts. Its like if you have 3 of 6 symptons in section A then you would be say borderlng Sziphenic. It also hides a lot if a non professional get a hold of a chart.
