I can't spell. I have been out of the business a long time and used 3 and each time a new one comes out they change names. Skitz usually are not dangerous, unless parinod, then they can be very dangerous. They hear voices and it depends on what the voices tell them. Most are harmless. majority of street people, probably. They are treatable, but the side effects are so bad, they will stop taking it. Also the medicine stays in the system a long time and they will stop and be OK for a while and they and their family thinks they don't need it anymore untill they land in hosp again.Mostly they are loners, where in bi polar are very sociable and fun to be around. There are scades of other disorders and subsets of disorders. I just hit the big ones and stuck more to lay mans terms. In the very beginning you will see I said, it was not exactly technically correct. I wan't to show the difference between them and character disorders.
