Through a series of pictures I have been able to determine that Mark Furhman is ambidextrous and could have made the Left handed wounds as well as the right handed wounds. I doubt he had to make the wounds alone. Anyway, it was just a fluke coming upon these pictures showing Furhman using both hands for different tasks.
