The Ted Turner/Jane Fonda Nazi link is lame but it is there. In the movie Julia about the friendship of Lillian Hellman and Julia, Lillian travels through Nazi Germany following Julia's directions, and visiting her to pick up something that needed to be smuggled out of Nazi Germany. Strangley enough Julia ends up dead with a slashed face.
