The big problem is that everything nicole is supposed to have done that night do not fit the 10:35 time of death. No one has ever explained the Ice Cream. Riske's note at 12;15, ICE CREAM unmelted. Hard ice cream takes about an hour or less to completely melt. You have the original statment by the Ice Cream man that Nicole a Man and TWO kids of mixed race were in his store at 10:30, no earlier than 9:30. 9:15 till past 9:30 is when Sydney's friend was picked up. The 8:30 trip to Ice Cream as told by Juditha is not possible time wise either. It doesn't fit. There is also a 30 minute conversation with Faye Rsnick. You can't fit this all in and a murder till about 11:00. No kidding.
