jasper:
your last post was filled with information that was never testified to in court, and which i have never before run across in the simpson literature. how do you know:
that sydney was awake until 10:40 and heard men's voices? the only persistent rumor about sydney's observations i know of is her supposed statement of hearing her mother's best friend's voice sometime after going to bed. although simpson himself now says it was resnick's voice on the telephone, there has been no sworn statement from sydney, and there is good reason for simpson not to allude to any other answer. but suppose sydney actually heard kato's voice! to say so now would give away an immense clue to the murders before simpson was prepared to act, as well as place sydney in danger. where have you found your additional information?
as to there being no question about resnick's call, i have just raised it. there is no phone record to show it ever took place. there is resnick's word and sydney's rumor, and resnick is a patent liar whose role in the murders was to watch nicole up until a few days before the event. i'm not sure what witness say a white car at 10:03, but in my theory the unknown black man might have easily been ron shipp in the bronco, not marcus allen.
rosa lopez cannot be believed at all. i think she saw te bronco sometime that night, and could have seen it as late as 9:30 without upseting my notion it was taken from rockingham during the mcdonald's trip. (in fact, shipp might have waited until simpson returned to take the car. leaving rockingham as late as 9:55 would put him at bundy by 10:03, and allow lopez to see the car as late as that.)
relying on the resnick-cora fischman route for the truth is fatal. cora fischman and her estranged husband figure prominently in my theory as being part of the plot. it was cora, after all, who sold that story of the lesbian tryst to the NATIONAL INQUIRER. it was ron fischman who supplied simpson with xanax in an unethical fashion at a time when he had abandoned his regular arthritis medication: a significant hint that fischman was manipulaing simpson as surely as resnick manipulated nicole.
i guess our theory's really are miles apart, inspite of some basic agreements. but i'd really like to know what sources you can cite for your assertions.
