Pat--Did you get my e-mail (the one after the empty one)? Anyhow, I am still at the mercy of my typsetter, who is also the webmaster (Charles Alexander-home page). Tell him what you know and ask him what's going on. I can tell you this. I haven't even seen the full book yet and it could take the printer three weeks or more to print it.
