I post my ideas to see if they fly with other people. If they don't fly then I throw them out. Any how I looked and looked for a book mark I had and could not find it. It showed more than anything else that it was Fuhman's scout that Heistra saw. There was some man who came forward to say either he drove by or was parked on Bundy south of Dorothy on that night. He had a scout. Now if there was not some question some where about a scout, why would he report his parked or drive by in a scout. this was not the time of the murder but just to let people know that he had a scout in the vicinity. No reason on earth for him to do this but that someone believed Heistra saw a scout. And probably that it was known that Fuhrman had a scout. It was all known somehow in the neighborhood.
