Heidstra could not have seen the Dorothy parking place until after he heard the "Hey, Hey, Hey". He would have been on the other side of the block (Gorham side) and in the alley across from Nicole's. As to Heidstra seeing Ron's parked car when he came out of the alley, he said, (in referring to the jeep-like vehicle) that he saw "one of the cars" on Dorothy approach the intersection of Dorothy and Bundy. Ron's car would have been parked on the right side near Nicole's alley and facing away from Heidstra. The Jeep-like vehicle was on the left side coming towards Heidstra before it turned and went south on Bundy.
