I am slightly ambidextreus but definately right handed. I have worked with just the left hand and coud do it. Also we often worked with a clean hand and dirty hand. We would have to have a clean hand to hand the doctor steral stuff but a dirty hand to touch our machines. We learned to do this quite easily. I can see how you could do the same with a knife. But I cannot cut with sizzors or open a jar with the left hand.
