I noticed something in your response here when talking about Shipp being the one to make the thumps.
I have not seen the animations (difficulty with my webtv which is older by far than Jean's) so you may address this in them.
Parks testified to a car being parked to the left of the driveway as he left (in front of Rosa's house). He didn't think it had been there before. This could have been the vehicle that Shipp or whomever used.
I, too, have questioned what vehicle Roberts was using that night. Fuhrman was to meet Phillips?? at the police station (or was it Roberts?) but there were those cops on the scene who said that MF stopped at the scene BEFORE going to the station which is said to be around 2AM or close to it. These cops put the First time he is at the scene as being around 1:30 (a guess on their part) but messes up badly his timeline of leaving his house and driving and getting to the station around 2AM. It is one of the reasons that I have always suspected that the call to Fuhrman did not reach him at his own home. (perhaps with call forwarding?) There is also a "wrong number" on the phone records right after the call to MF which I have always wondered if it wasn't really a wrong number but really a second attempt at contacting MF. It was blacked out in court and the defense had no chance to check out if it was really a wrong number or not.
This has always fallen within the same area with me as the blacked out calls taking place all night long from the scene by the various cops. It was stated as "privacy" of the cops, but in the name "privacy" a whole of "hurt" could have happened with an exchange of these phone calls (a very large and unusual number of so-called private conversations).
We must remember that Mrs. Fuhrman told Rivera at first that Fuhrman was home in bed with her when the murders took place and that he couldn't have planted the glove because of that. In other words, he was at home in bed with her during the murders so therefore, he couldn't have dropped the glove. A statement, btw, that made me sit up and take notice since it was made about July or August (whenever the Toobin story came out) of 94.
Firstly, she had him home even sooner than he first said he was. (by 10:30) I say that because the DA's claimed the murders took place at 10:15 or before. Secondly, she was connecting the murders with the planting of the glove or the dropping of the glove by the killer.
I always thought that she was protesting not the planting of the glove but MF doing the murders themselves-or attempting to give him an alibi for the murders.
