I show the mystery vehicle in the animation because it was part of Allan Park's testimony about exiting the driveway to go to the airport. I also show the mystery vehicle in Chapter 31 of Iago. Along with the mystery vehicle, I also show the Bronco, which Park never identifies as being there or not being there on his way in (on his left) or on his way out (on his right). The mystery car (on Park's right when he was wondering whether he could turn left into the Rockingham driveway and on his left when he actually went out that way) would have been an issue for Park only when he was checking traffic on the way out. That's when he mentioned it. But it could have been there earlier.
Park's error about the number of cars that he saw IN O.J.'s driveway could have had something to do with the mystery car as well as the Bentley. He could have actually seen two cars on the left side of the driveway (the Bentley and the Bronco) and two cars straddling the driveway (the Bronco and the mystery car). I think that is exactly what he saw. I also think the mystery car pulled up to that spot shortly after Rosa Lopez took the Salinger's dog back into the house and shortly before O.J. cut his finger and walked out the Rockingham glove to walk Chachi and to look for his pitching wedge.
When you get the use of a computer that will allow you to see the animations, you will see the mystery car in the animations showing the real blood trail on Rockingham and how ideally the mystery car was placed to see it with a good pair of field glasses.
What most people don't realize is that Park's description of what he saw as he first attempted to enter the estate through the Rockingham gate could very well have included the Bronco, only he didn't correctly recall what he saw (remember all of the associative errors that we made here). He said he saw two cars IN the driveway. Only one car was in the driveway (the Bentley), but, if Park did see two vehicles on his left side at 10:39 as he was contemplating turning left into the Rockingham gate, one of them had to be O.J.'s Bronco.

10:39: While the murders at Bundy are in progress, Park drives south on Rockingham and stops in the middle of the street wondering if he can turn into the drive. He looks to his left and sees two cars he will later recall being parked on the driveway. Because of the narrow space, the acute angle, the hedges and the cars he does not turn into the drive. Park never says whether he saw the Bronco on his way in or out of the Rockingham drive. On his way out he refers to a car on his left and an "obstruction" of some sort on his right. Could that obstruction be one of the cars he sees on his left at 10:39? It could have been nothing else.
As for the vehicle Roberts was driving that night, we know only that he drove a police car (with a blood collection kit) alone from the Butler police station to Bundy. This is the gray vehicle we see Fuhrman and Roberts get into late in the day on one of the news videotapes. I can find no record of what car Roberts (or Fuhrman) drove to the police station. But between the thumps, the glove, the false blood trail, real blood trail, the mystery vehicle, Roberts' lone use of a police vehicle and Mrs. Fuhrman's "alibi call" to Geraldo - most of the essential elements for a murder/frame-up involving Fuhrman, Roberts and Shipp are solidly in place. --Jasper
