When I first concluded that Kaelin was the true murderer, I knew I would have to nullify his alibi some way. This turned out to be much easier than I had thought.

the key fact is: Kaelin has no alibi. He used Ferrara as a patsy. He has changed his testimony about the timing of the thumps from 10:40 to 10:50 and has testified to never having looked at a timepiece that evening, when Ferrara says that he must have. See:
