John, An excellent observation. They only had Kato's word that he did not have access to OJ's house and when you think about it--the so-called blood trail had not been found at that time of the morning either so anybody on the property could have been a guilty party.

And I agree with you about Fuhrman's chapter on the finding of the glove and how he thinks OJ got it back there. No, I don't think he believed it either.

And if it hadn't been for the blue plastic bag, his story wouldn't have been so stupid either.

But then again, I think many of MF's stories--like finding the glove--have an element of "fantasy" about them.
