The questions showed as soon they were setting up a case on OJ. They used this as a sign that Nicole had rejected him and led to his rage. They had also talked to some of her friends that probably told about the ear rings and bracelet. It was freinds and the Browns and Clark who was into the abuse etc. This was a set up by the police to get OJ to lie about them in some way or to blow up as they thought it was more important to OJ than it was. It was no big deal to OJ. He had given Nicole a present he bought for Paula, because he had not gotten a present for the kids to give her, and Nicole caught on. He asked for Nicole to give back the money that the insurance had paid for the earings, she had lost the old ones. OJ paid for them, but when the insurance check came she spent it instead of reinbursing OJ. So when he asked for the money, she gave him the ear rings. Just goes to show how broke she was or she was being bitchy about it.
