Actually, it was closer to 9:30 they showed up to get her. Nicole was very busy from the time she got home to the time she was murdered, including the Limo Hugging and the argument with Faye Resnick, remember the friend who made mommy cry?! I assumed the knife was on the counter to cut the ice cream, washed and replaced on the counter to dry OR was a weapon in case of emergency. Why didn't she call the police if she were threatened? After all, she called the police every time OJ threatened her. He had ______________________________________________ I remember hearing early on that Sidney's friend joined them for dinner at Mezzaluna and was supposed to sleep over at Bundy and that somehow her parents came and picked he up at nine instead. I din't believe that though, the sleep over thing, I guess cause I never let my kids have sleep overs on school nights. I assume the parents were questioned. Something very odd about all of that. The young lady was seen at the Mezzaluna as the count would have included her. She was not seen at the ice cream parlor and Mrs. Brown never included the little girl walking across the street to the ice cream parlor. That makes no sense since they just left the restaurant and I'm sure they carry ice cream. The ice cream vendor stated the man that knew her was in a suit. The children he remembered were Sydney and Justin. The girl staying overnight would indicate the real estate couple were also going to that big party up the hill and changed their minds about her staying all night. They immediately moved out of town, so that was strange in itself and I don't recall they were ever interviewed. The girl never testified. This is all too strange. The very last people to see her were all those real estate people coming from the party. Who else?!
Let's see, she comes home, runs the bath water, lights candles, puts on soft music, gets the kids ready for bed, feeds them ice cream, gets disturbed by the real estate coming to pick up the kid and put up signs for sale, sets two ice cream cups on the banister to take the girl outside to her parents. Hugs the limo man, has on a bathrobe to prevent getting ice cream on her black dress. Still unable to change clothes due to the activity, gets a call from her mother about the lost glasses, calls the Mezzaluna, talks to Ron, makes arrangements to get glasses, calls her mother back. Talks to Faye Resnick, CRYS, calls Ron back to try to stop him from coming, too late. WHAT?! They didn't leave the Mezz until 9:00. Get ice cream (15 minutes)and walk the five minutes to her house with the children, Between 9:20 and 10:35 she was moving and constantly on the telephone. I cannot understand why no one has HER telephone records. Exactly what did these cops investigate?
What do all these real estate people know that they are not talking about? Where was Ron Shipp as I understand he is engaged in real estate. Did he have an alibi. Was there a gardener or painter or some other hired help in the neighborhood who observe Nic living alone? Weren't they getting that house ready for sale? Who was this wonderful hunk of burning love that Nic was mad about. Is he the one she was expecting and is why she tried to stop Ron from coming?
