Fuhrman was on the other side of the chain link fence (Rosa's side) when Fung was collecting the glove. Fung testified that Fuhrman handed him a blue plastic bag he found there (Item #10 in the property report).
In MF's book he describes this plastic bag as "a blue wrapper", Pg.212 and "a small light blue paper package", Pg. 33.
Is the reason why he talked to Rosa Lopez that he somehow lost his blue evidence bag and needed to find it. There were no wrappers or paper packages in the property report.
