At some point, the name was given by Bailey and as I said Clark went ballistic. He was not to be mentioned. Which is odd. Why not?

I did know this name but it escapes me now. I know it was an odd name and it had no title in front of it.

It was also mentioned that the fire truck, etc. stopped as well--as they do on calls like that.

Here, a fire truck comes with the EMT ambulance. I don't know why but they do and they ALL help. I know this from personal experience when we had to call for my Dad.

"IF" he was there only for about 5 minutes and was the one who declared them dead---his time would have been just minutes before and after 12:45 which is Some time later than when they were called. If in fact, they were called at approx 12:10 as Riske testified to.

I can think of NO reason that the person who declared them dead would be BARRED from the trial. Even to the point that the circumstances and even his Name was not to be mentioned. Nor his process for doing so, what he did, where did he step, etc. It makes no sense whatsoever.
