There was someplace that said that Italian shoes were smaller in size than American size.
Any how I think that they were OJ's shoes. Ones that he bought without trying on or were given to him. He found they were too small and either gave them to Jason who wore them on a ski trip or that Oj tossed into the ski closet because they were unconfortable and ugly assed. Did not want them in his closet and just tossed them in to be given away at some time.
Then someone stole the shoes, gloves, and hat from that closet, knowing OJ was unlikely to miss them. Most likely Ron Shipp.
