I know Riske claimed to have touched the eye and noticed no movement. My problem is how he managed this, when he admitted he was on the adjoinig property, had to reach through the fence bars, touch Goldman's eyes which are looking toward his feet and downward. Goldman's eyes must be at least 24 inches away from the fence railing. Since Riske could not push his head through the fence railing, the only way he would even try to reach through bars is to place the side of his face against the bars so he could try to reach the eyes with his fingertips. However, in this position, his eyes would be looking away from Goldman. If he put the front oif his face against the bars so he might have seen Goldman's face while reaching through the fence, he could not possibly have extended his arms far enough to rech the pupil.
The maneuver Riske describes is simply impossible except for Plastic Man.
