If the perpetrators are white that would eliminate a whole host of suspects. Suddenly the little girls parents show up to take her away just prior to the killing. The real estate lady sez she wants to put a sign up for Sunday looky loos, then changes her mind? or did she show up after the big party on the hill. Who was having the big party on the hill? All of the real estate people were to attend, which is probably why Nicole agreed to watch Rachael.
1. Rachaels dad suddenly shows up to take her, and they leave town the very next day.
2. The real estate woman suddenly changes her mind about posting the For Sale sign for the early lookers. Does or doesn't show up with Berman.
3. Nicole had a bicycle that was in the yard by the sidewalk that disappeared and bicycle tracks are seen on the sidewalk. The woman was observed with the bicycle by the skaters and ?Tom Lange.
