Don't forget surrounding Don Simpson was/probably still is, numeous "Fluff" parties. The girls are paid to throw the party (anything goes) and it is nothing more than rich guys prostitution activity. These people actually live in our neigbhorhoods undetected. These women get paid a whole lotta money for what they do at the parties which encourage them to continue.
I've long since lost my resource to this information, but it would not surprise me if Nicole wasn't being cultivated for these type parties and she balked.
I doubt that is what got her killed. It is a whole lot more sinister.
