Rose,
If you have the book you can give us the answer we’re looking for.
Here is the passage from Miss Marple’s Rachel Ferraha 6/20 post that started it all:
“There's a peculiar paragraph in "Kaelin's book" where Kato describes the early morning visit by fuhrman.
“Kato says he is not sure if he mentioned the thumps first or someone else did. He says he found it odd that it seemed so important to them that he, Kato mentioned it first. (My books haven't arrived yet, so I can't give you page or exact quote.)”
Because Miss Marple didn’t have the book at her fingertips we couldn’t check Kato's exact words. Apart from that,I have no interest in the book.
Thanks anyway for the offer. --Jasper
