When I finish each chapter you will see the first page number of the following chapter in full. I planned to have free samples from each chapter in HTML format available in mid April but it has gotten too long and I have to rewrite the whole thing to shorten it. Sorry about that.

This site is going to have to start paying for itself so you are going to have to pay a buck to read two full chapters in true PDF type when it's complete.
