I in fact provided a list of negative proofs to the first question. As to your question 7, the plot was not performed based on fitting the murder into the time frame that accounted for where everyone was. It was instead planned to manipulatfit the time e the time of the murder so it conformed when the principals could be placed at the correct locations at the right times. In short, the time of events was manipulated to confrom to when they had to occur to conform to the time they settled on for them murders rather than what you imagine that everyting happened so that it just happened to fit into the time frames for what everyone was doing independently. That's why all the times finally settled on were manipulated, and why iERY CASE witnesses recanted when they claimed they did things that were eventually fit into the correct time frame. To give just one example. Wagner clearly demonstrated that Karpf had to be lying about when his plane landed because he checked the FAA data and flight times for planes coming from San Jose, and none fit when the claimed to have returned. That's why the prosecution avoided substantiating his claims with flight records, or asked him anything at al about what flight he was on. the times he specified were, therefore, entirely manipulated, as were all the others. That's why Jasper's method of discerning truth from how the claimed times converged is simply crediting the lies as the foundation for truth. It produced the consistency of well crafted lies.
