It is pretty easy to figure out who benifits. First you have the nephews and neices of Marshall if they win. If the Anna side wins it is who is trustie of Anna's estate and the lawyer who takes it to court. First Marshall was gotten out of the way because it made the case easier. Second Danel had to go because he was to inherite under the will and was close to 21. At 21 he could choose his on lawyers and knock Howard out completely. If Anna decided not to marry Howard then she had to go. The Bahmian police found a Calif. P I card in Daniels stuff. They contacted him and he said that Daniel came to him worried about his mother about the time she moved to the Bahamas. He wanted the P I to check out the relationship of Howard and Anna as he thought Anna was being completely controlled by Howard. He did not do it as Daniel did not return to get him started. There is something on her computer that is enought to change the autopsy report. They are also thinking about digging up Daniel to re autopsy as they do not think it was accurate. Even using faked results. Ford said that Anna especially told him to get the computer when Howard was gone. When he looked at Howard in the court there was pure hatred in his eyes. His was not the fist break in. When he got there almost everything in the nursery was gone. The police either Sheriff or Seminole now have all her papers and computer.
