Solitairea1, Fuhrman and Phillips did not lie. The problem is yours, not theirs. You evidently can't seem to grasp the meaning of the word "partner" in the language of the LAPD. A police officer can have different partners in different situations. Phillips explained it to Cochran. Cochran understood what he said, you evidently didn't. bobaugust
