Mike, When Simpson walked into his house after returning from Bundy there wasn't any blood left on the bottom of his shoes. Most of the blood was transferred to the cement walkway at Bundy when Simpson made his way to the rear gate. The bloody shoe prints faded out about half way to the gate. When Simpson got into his Bronco any blood remaining up in the ridges of his left shoe were transferred to his Bronco carpet leaving a partial bloody shoe print just to the left of the break pedal. After Simpson returned home he was forced to park his Bronco outside his locked Rockingham gate he attempted to wipe up any blood he saw inside Bronco leaving only blood stains on the center console. He never saw the blood drops that had spattered all over the inside of his Bronco, from the cut on his finger. Simpson's blood was found on the inside of the driver's door, the instrument panel, and the steering wheel. The bloody shoe print on the carpet was too big to wipe up so he put a plaid cap over it to hide it When Simpson left his Bronco he was most likely carrying a small dark colored knapsack with him containing the towel he used to wipe of the blood, the murder weapon, and his glove. He made his way across his neighbor's property to where his fence was at it's lowest point based on the difference in elevations between his property and his neighbor's property. That was behind Kato Kaelin's room. Whatever blood still remained in the upper ridges of his shoes was transferred ot the grass he walked on. His glove fell out of the knapsack when Simpson scaled his fence and hit the back wall of the guest house with his right shoulder jumping from the top of the fence to the narrow small path. The glove fell out of the knapsack to the dark path. Simpson never knew he dropped it. He recovered his balance and made his way down the path, around the garage, to his driveway. On his way to his front door Simpson left the small dark colored knapsack on the ground behind his Bentley. What ever dirt or debris was on the bottom of his shoes was transferred to his driveway and gone by the time he reached his front door. Allan Park saw Simpson when he entered the light from the front entrance of his house, walked up to the front door, entered the house, and lights come on downstairs in the house. Simpson went directly to his laundry room, and put his clothing in his washing machine before going upstairs to his bedroom to answer his ringing telephone and talking to Allan Park. A blood smear was seen on a light switch cover near the laundry room when Simpson's house was searched later the next afternoon. The blood smear was never collected. bobaugust
