Mike, …Yes! Thank you for posting. We need the feedback and the input. …………Some questions you raised prompted me to do the Marcia’s Story 1 and 2 animations. I call them “Marcia’s Story” because they are predicated on Marcia Clark’s claim that Allan Park saw O.J. coming from the south path wearing the murder clothes after dropping the glove. This was not Park’s story. Marcia shaped his testimony before the grand jury and in the preliminary hearing. She misrepresented it in her criminal trial examination of Park and in her summation to the jury, the pundits and the public. http://www.smartfellowspress.com/Iago17_HighPts/facts_3.htm (number 4) …………..Two versions of her story in motion have to be shown because the testimony she elicited from Park on three occasions to tell her story creates two interpretation extremes. If Park saw O.J. “seconds” after he saw Kato as he first testified, you get the possibility of the time gap in Marcia’s Story 1. If Park saw O.J. almost “simultaneously” after he saw Kato you get Marcia’s Story 2 (and Two Witnesses – from the perspective of Park and Kato). There is no point between 1 and 2 where O.J. could have come from the south path without KATO seeing him or crossing paths with him. He didn’t. Therefore, Park’s recall of seeing O.J. “almost immediately” after seeing Kato had to be faulty. …………The only sequence that allows Park to see O.J. after seeing Kato without Kato also seeing O.J. is in Kato’s Walk. The door that Park saw O.J. go into had to be open according to Park’s story and O.J.’s and had to be closed when Kato passed by it. This means the time gap between Park’s sighting of Kato and O.J. was not as short as Park recalled under Marcia’s questioning. If O.J.’s defense had seen how this time and place discrepancy conformed to O.J.’s story of leaving the house to set his bags down then going right back in, the issue would have been settled right there. All they had to do was reenact Park’s grand jury and preliminary hearing testimony on the grounds of the estate with stand-ins for O.J., Kato and Park and use a stopwatch to time the limited variables. ……………I had to scale and proportion the relevant portions of the estate and time Kato’s walk from his door to the spot where Park saw him relative to the limo company phone record to get Kato’s waking pace right. If you cheat to get a given test result within quantifiable parameters like these, the cheat shows up on the clock or in the rate of motion like a kangaroo in a lineup of rabbits. I later discovered that Dan Petrocelli walked off the distance that I calculated and got the identical result. He did not carry his test all the way to its logical conclusion. Instead, he concluded that Kato conspired with O.J. to hide the truth, which makes no sense with Kato telling Fuhrman about the thumps. ………….
