I wasn't trying to push any buttons at all. I think that their own state should have been more proactive as well. Why didn't they offer help to evacuate? It upsets me that the state didn't have a better evacuation plan. It also upsets me that the government didn't get there quick enough. They should have been waiting as you stated. But, I think the state should have used more resources that they had prior to the hurricane. It upset me to see all those busses that could have been used to evacuate the people who couldn't afford to evacuate themselves.
