Jasper so right. In life and death the highest ranking person calls the shots and people under him move and ask questions later. And if people don't move then heads roll immediately. When I had hospital emergencies one thing I hated was to be the highest ranking in the room. But let me tell you if anyone hesitated for an instant when I started barking orders then they paid for it big time. And they did not draw a deep breath after it was over till I was on their back like white on rice. They never did it again. Believe me. Amd lord help the person who had not replaced an emergency item.
