Bush signed into law today a law that would allow the federal contracters to pay less than minimum wages. This means that our country is now a slave state. Haliburton has the federal contract to rebuild New Orleans and can pay those poor people what even they want, not even enough for food. And those cards that they keep saying they are giving out for $2000 is really UP TO $2000 and I had one last year in Charlie for the food lost in the fridge. It took a week or more to get it activated and I have cut red tape on jobs before. Then it worked once and would never work again. I did not have TV, no electric, at the time so don't know if they hyped it like they are doing these or not. I had already replaced my food, so I only needed a little and it worked that one time, never to work again. They are going to starve the poor so they are virtual slaves. They already do so with farm laborors that is why they don't stop the illigal imigrants. I thought I heard something about this on TV and then found an artical on it.
