Date: 11/8/2004 Time: 9:37:07 PM Comments Buster I want you to be as tough on me as you have to but, I the same to you....Remenber in one of my Posts I said I collaborated with several people in the "DARK WORLD" (so to say) investigatng Rocky's several conversations with me about this group of PUNKS(men and women) Plotting to steal OJ's money...I have it documented many times in my allegations that this was a true scenario. It cannot be disputed. I WILL LEGALLY nail Criminally, Corrupt people on the witness stand..I want to address the witness stand........I have trid so many things either to get people to get on the witness stand with me. THEY CAN'T for many reasons....For years I wanted to bring a Civil Law suit against these people to get them on the witness stand and get Legal Justice for myself and Legally bury them CRIMINALLY. Remember Buster,Legal Justice comes in many forms...Civil is just. In May of this year I was threatened on the phone again and LIKE "I'M REALLY SCARED." Something else happened because of my involvment in The OJ Simpson cases, The Michael Jackson cases The Robert Blake case and other cases and Situations...The Plaintiffs side of the OJ SIMPSON case is playing Criminally dirty against me again..Again for years I wanted to bring this Civil lawsuit against many people for several reasons...What stopped me for years:I TRUST NO ONE: and still don't. I will represent myself as my own ATTORNEY..I got in the yellow pages again and called some people I had talked to before but they didn't want anything to to with me...These are Para-legals just doing the paerwork..I just don't know how to do it myself and when you file, I wanted it to be all at once. I finally talked to a man by the name of CRAIG FAWCET who owns a para-legal company by the name of EQUAL JUSTICE in Los angeles or it might be Ventura county, It's right on the borderline....On the phone he assured me that it would be confidential so I decided to meey with him...I gave him some of my paperwork so he could look over what he was going to put in Lawsuit. I also gave him $850.00 dollars. That's paid in full. Rememeber Buster, I do my work in SECTIONS, thank goodness. He started calling me and saying he needed more documentation and notes to finish the paperwork and I smelled a RAT. I had told him to just do the basics because I would fill in the blanks (for obvious reasons for my protection.) He insisted he needed more paper work...I called him and asked if I could havve his permission to tape record our conversation. He agreed. Nothing like it in somebodies own words. Buster I caught him lying and he had become another person involved in trying to take me OUT...Buster, I am going to LEGALLY nail him on the witness stand and CRAiG FAWCET, you are going to have LEGAL justice put upon you BY ME, Mario G. NITRINI 111. Buster, I never heard another word from him and he still has my money and he is NOT going to STEAL it from me, GAURENTEED. I have a reciept from him and I have paperwork from him that in it reads: Received $850.oo cash from Mario Nitrini for civil lawsuit paper regarding the continuing criminal conspiacy against Mario Nitrini because of the OJ Simpson saga-the Michael Jackson investigatios and other situations...
