Jasper, I should have read your entire post before replying. I do agree that OJ was in no state of mind to engineer that parking position if he indeed did drive down Rockingham. You are correct in your logic and I just need to get back to it and verify or dispute your findings. I agree that the significance this point is lost on most people. I am surprised that Dick, as an engineer, didn't see the value in doing his own study. Brian
