John, She does not have a computer. She might use an old (small)WebTV keyboard. I had one. I don't use after I spilled some pop (that's what we call "soda" in the mid-west) on the damn thing. I thought I cleaned it up but some of the keys stick. I'm guessing that something like that happened to Solitairea1. --Jasper
