She than asked questions to clarify what records Shapiro was talking about and if it was a call from Juditha to Nicole. If there was a 10:17 telephone call from Juditha to Nicole, Clark agreed to stipulate to it. If there was such a 10:17 telephone call, the defense would have made that stipulation. No stipulation was ever made. There was no 10:17 telephone call. In the link you provided you quote from the NY Daily News, July 9, 1994 referring to "sources in LA". Is that your proof that a reporter actually saw the records? That's not proof of anything, Jasper. Second hand rumors. The proof are the actual telephone records. The telephone records provided by GTE presented in open court. The telephone records that were given to the defense. The telephone records that were enlarged and shown on an exhibit to the jury.
