Bob August, …..You were doing fine (for you) until you got to the part where you say, “…your claim is false and everything else you imagine resulting from your false claim is pure Prien fantasy.” This is why everyone stopped replying to you. Prien and I have profound disagreements about the reason for Marcia’s game with the 10:17 phone record. However both of us took apart everything involved in the issue, studied it closely and concluded that Marcia did play a slick game of deception with those phone records to manipulate defense strategy. What she wanted the defense to do and why are questions of interpretation and rational guesswork on his part and mine. ……..What you did was pure Bob August chicanery. In that one line, you deliberately misrepresented the points of agreement and disagreement between Prien and me and you invented a facile explanation for YOUR fantasy that you falsely attributed to Prien. The parts I was willing to let slide were where you misreprepresented what I said about the news artical and ignored what legal stipulations are just so you could repeat the story you told before of a non-existent 10:17 phone record. When you speculate about who did what and why based on your imagination it’s a “known fact.” When we speculate based on evidence, it’s fantasy. ……You don’t enter into discussions to learn anything, to share anything or to stimulate anyone to think. Before Prien and I are finished we could be at each other’s throats but he will still be welcome to post here. You are not welcome. You can go now. – Jasper
