Jasper, both you and Prien are wrong. You both dreamed up Marcia Clark playing some kind of game of deception when the truth is there was no 10:17 telephone call. There was no deception by Marcia Clark. You guys make things up as you go along. You said that someone saw a copy of the telephone records before Shapiro mentioned the time in court, and posted an excerpt from an article referring to "sources in LA." Prien says Marcia Clark pulled the rug out from under Shapiro when she refused the stipulation denying there was any evidence of that call. Nowhere in the transcripts was that stipulation ever made by Shapiro after Clark agreed if that time was on the telephone records she would stipulate to it. There was no stipulation because that 10:17 P.M. June 12, 1994 time was never on the Brown's telephone records. The defense had access to the telephone records, if the 10:17 telephone call was real all they had to do was point it out. They never did because it never happened. That's why the defense never made that stipulation. Plain and simple. But plain and simple isn't good enough for a weirdo like Prien, and evidently you either. You really are a disappointment Jasper. I thought that you were smart enough to tell the difference between fact and fantasy but it seems you can't. Your comments about the so called discrepancies seen on an enlarged copy of the Brown's telephone bill puts you in the same league as Prien and Jean. Dumb. You've shown many times you haven't the integrity or the courage to admit when you're wrong. Your cowardly response telling me that I'm not welcome to point out your errors doesn't really surprise me. bobaugust
