Brian, …….I’m struggling to figure out why you didn’t see this coming. …….You must have seen where I was going with Sabbath. Only a super-duper asshole could have fallen for it and Sabbath did. He made a thinly veiled death threat and exposed himself as a hacker with the technical and psychological capability to hijack someone else’s URL and put in its place material of his choosing. Nowhere did he express concern for Mario’s health. Sweet Pea did. I had little doubt that she would, which is why I left her name out of my request to Mario to ask his Jebusville friends what they thought. I was hoping you would do what she did because of what you told him (Sweat Pea even refereed to it) about documenting the relationship between his injuries and his assault. You didn’t. I doubted that you would. ……….Please bear with me on this because it requires a long explanation. It does not include the many admirable qualities I’ve seen in you only because they are well documented on Iago and repeating them will only make this long post longer. It’s the “other Brian” on other boards that worries me almost as much as the other Mario. ……..John Junot’s “paranoid-schizophrenic” comment started all of this. I agreed with his layman diagnosis of Mario’s condition for reasons that I never thought you would have to look up to see what I was talking about. That was only the starting point. I made no pretense of being qualified to make a medical judgment and made it clear that I did not know what was wrong with Mario but that I thought his reckless behavior stemmed from his beating and he should have it checked out. You saw nothing wrong with him, which by implication meant that you did see merit in his claims about Rose, Lollie, Solitairea1 and me being liars and backstabbers. Buster saw the same changed Mario that we did. Again, by implication, you had to have seen Buster’s observations in a dim light. ……….You say that you have nothing against anyone on Iago but that is not how you have been acting lately. The issue here is whether or not Mario has a serious medical condition based on the beating he took in ’95, his headaches and his destructive behavior. Your response has been a vigorous examination of the “missing bag” issue and the “secret” compartment in the limo. ………John had been trying to get people to look at his work on the Bundy murders for as long as I had been trying to get them to look at mine. We finally got to a point in late 2004 where everyone could go though his entire KKG theory point by point. However, Mario, a newcomer to the board at the time, interrupted the flow of discussion with every mention of Allan Park or Dale St. John. By January 2005 Iago’s main focus was on Mario G. Nitrini 111 and whatever it was he was trying to say about the limo company, Rocky Bateman, the “missing bag” and the “secret” compartment in the limo. ……….You were there, Brian. This is where we learned that you were an engineer. This is where I learned that you thought you knew more that I did about modifications to the interior of the vehicle I helped to design. You assumed that I was either incapable of understanding what could be done outside of a production design studio by an engineer like you to accommodate a “secret” compartment or incapable of admitting that you knew more about it than I did. You proceeded from there. ………You consistently say that you respect me as a person and admire some things that you say I do well. You are especially generous in your praise of my reasoning skills. Yet, you questioned my knowledge of basic engineering until you performed the same study that I did and you still question my reasoning every time I reach a pivital conclusion that is consistent with O.J.’s innocence. Why? ………..When you did the Bronco exercise it was to see whether or not the parking position of the vehicle was consistent with O.J.’s story of the last time he drove it – the same reason I gave for doing it. But when you recapped my study you said that I did the exercise to prove my theory. Why did you do that? When you discovered what I discovered about the right rear tire going over the curb, you made it sound as though this preliminary finding would invalidate O.J.’s story if it held up and contradict my findings. When I told you that I got the same preliminary finding and there was another solution, you eventually got that one, too, but you concluded that it was unlikely for the driver to turn the steering wheel the way he had to in order to clear the corner. Huh? ……….Furthermore, you concluded, without doing the necessary study or even giving it the consideration that I thought any engineer would, that it was just as likely for someone to park the Bronco in that position by driving it north on Rockingham. Nonsense. You eventually saw that, too, but people with no engineering background saw it at the same time you did. How could you have missed it? Why do you need a computer to finish your study with calculations that a rookie draftsman (at least the ones from the old school) can make in his head? And why did you conclude that my reasoning was suspect in figuring the odds until I said how I did it? You could have done it on your own. Why didn’t you? ……….Brian, I know that these questions look like accusations but they really are questions. You have the answers to them. I don’t. I do know that your stated assumptions about my motives are consistent with Mario’s and that you were behaving as though you did not believe he did anything that any normal person wouldn’t do. How can that be true unless you thought that everything he said about me and Iago was true? That’s why I didn’t expect you to see anything wrong with his behavior. ……….Mario almost single-handedly wrecked Iago’s credibility by attacking mine. Never mind the fact that he was also wrecking his. His work is inextricably tied up with ours and there is no way to pursue the issues vital to us without talking about Mario, the limo company or Rocky Bateman. It doesn’t help us one bit if he is mentally unstable because he is certain to see an attack on him anytime his name, Rocky’s name or the limo company comes up in a way that he disagrees with. It doesn’t help him one bit if he is mentally unstable and doesn’t get the treatment he needs to correct it. We can’t do our work without mentioning something that is associated with Mario in one way or another and we are going to continue our work. –Jasper
