Jean, ……I don’t think it was a ploy to get Nicole to think O.J. was following her. If you read Sheila Weller’s Raging heart you get a clear picture of Nicole campaigning to make other people think O.J. was following her. No, stalking is a better word. ……… Raging Heart gives several incidents that weren’t necessarily the “stalking” that NICOLE made them appear to be. To get O.J. stalking incidents that can’t be anything else you need the word of Ron Shipp in Raging Heart and Faye Resnick in Private Diary. ……… The 911 incident in October ’93 with O.J. shouting at Nicole in the background was a setup all the way with Nicole setting it up. It created a prosecution opening for their best “stalking” incident. However, it doesn’t work with O.J.’s ranting about Keith Zlomsowitch because he could only testify that O.J. shook his hand the next day and told him to be more discrete. We know that Fuhrman told off-duty police officers in ’92 that he was have an affair with Nicole because two of the reported it to Deputy DA Lucienne Coleman after the murders. ………. I’m sure that Bill Wasz took the right SUV (a Toyota 4-Runner – not a Bronco), not knowing at the time that it belonged to Paula and freaked when he learned it was hers. The so-called plan to set up Paula for killing Nicole had to really be a plan to set up someone else. The only way it could work was if Nicole were killed before Paula discovered her 4-Runner was missing and she didn’t have an alibi for the time. Paula had an alibi. Wasz figured that he was the fall guy. He might have figured that O.J. could also have been an intended target but however it was supposed to come down he would look like the killer. To insure an open and shut case, he would also have to be killed. …….. Bill told me that he met Faye at a party at a Nicole’s house on Gretna Green. He spoke as though he knew her well and despised her. It would not surprise me if she talked him into stealing Paula’s 4-Runner on a pretext that had nothing to do with the man he thought he was working for and he thought that she had something to do with setting him up. Two things are certain; 1) We can’t ask Bill what he thought and 2) he mixed fact and fable in what he said he did. –Jasper
