I have not reached a definite conclusion about a bag being throw in the lake by Rocky. Somethings tells me we do not have some information that would help us to see this situation clearly. Much like we did not have the information that Rocky knew Wasz. I do think like you that there are hints of a set up of OJ in this bag situation because it tends to have people think the murder weapon and the Bruno Magli shoes were in this bag and OJ was the one who placed the bag into the "secret" compartment. Mario has said the bag was taken out of the limo in the early hours of 6/13/94. A closer time frame than early would be helpful. Was it after the police called OJ or before? Too many unanswered questions on this one. I did wonder if the driver who was suppose to have done this was the Mike Burris mentioned on CNN where Racky was mentioned.
