Solitairea1, ………This has to be the same guy. ………Faye says in her first book that her second husband was an “eccentric heir.” Don’t know what she means by “eccentric” but an heir can only be someone who receives an inheritance. Looks like the guy you found either inherited Duracite or enough money to buy it or create it. “Over 30 years of experience” tells you that Halabi’s company has be around since the late 1970s. It has to be a multi-million-dollar company because there probably aren’t many homes or offices built in the last 25 or 30 years that don’t use Duracite products for their interior furnishings. ………..Faye married her Fadi after “their” daughter Francesca was born in 1984. Kinda makes you wonder if Francesca had something to do with Fadi’s decision to marry her. ……….Faye says that she won a Miss. Heyworth beauty contest before attending a modeling and finishing school were she became a director. This background would have taught her proper etiquette for dining at fancy restaurants. It would have taught her how to dress and how to carry herself at ritzy social functions. It would have taught her what books to read and how to converse with rich and powerful men. ………..Heyworth, California is in Northern California where Halabi’s company was headquartered. Heyworth is just east of the San Francisco Bay and Oakland. The Duracite facility in the Bay Area puts Faye and Fadi in the same geographical area. Faye’s preparation for upward mobility at the finishing and modeling school was ideal for putting her and the Fadi Halabi she married in the same social orbit. How many wealthy Fadi Halabis could there be in this geographical region and in this social orbit? ……..Faye says that she moved to London where she married Fadi but she doesn’t say where or how they met. Wanna bet that they didn’t meet at a “social function” in Northern CA? –Jasper
