Rovaan, ..... another important fact that you discovered was that blood smear on the front gate. You wondered if it could have been the Akita's paw that left that blood smear, from outside the gate, reaching inside the gate. .... And all this time before you figured it out, the evidence was that the dog had to have been intentionally locked out of the crime scene. ..... Facts that back this up. -- No bloody paw-prints on the walkway inside the gate where the bodies were, nor any at any other location inside the Bundy crime scene. .... No disturbence to the strategically planted evidence, nor the Blood Shapes drawn in the victims blood, inside of condo, or on or about the victims bodies. --- Bloody paw-prints only on the walkway on the Outside of the gate, and going South on Bundy, where they faded out by Dorothy St. ................... We know from the testimony of Robert Heidstra, Denise Pilnak and others that the neighborhood was very quiet that night, and both Heidstra and Pilnak didn't hear any barking until 10:30-10:35 pm. -- For many now known reasons we can't trust Pablo "Plaintive Wail" Fenjves's testimony of hearing his "Plaintive Wail" of a dog barking between 10:15-10:20 pm. ..... Eva Stein didn't look at a clock, and was estimating the time she first Noticed the barking. -- Mark Storfer if I recall correctly, was somewhere between 10:20-10:25 pm., but there was a question as to whether the time display on his VCR was accurate, or if he transposed one of the numbers. ...... Elsie didn't look at a clock either when she first heard Nicole's dog barking, as well as her own dog, but she did see the Akita running and barking from the sidewalk to the walkway and back a few times. .......... Stephen Schwab found the dog on the corner of Bundy and Dorothy at 10:55 pm. The dog had blood on it's paws and legs, and either a mixture of dirt and blood or mud on it's stomach, with an expensive collar but no dog tags. -- Boztepe and his wife said same. .... Robert Heidstra heard the "Hey!, Hey!, Hey!", the men's VOICES, not one voice at a time, but TWO VOICES at the same time arguing briefly at 10:40-45 pm. the two dogs, Nicole's and Elsie's barking, and then the middle gate slam once. -- At 10:47 pm., Robert Heidstra saw the Light-Colored Jeep-Like Vehicle appear at the intersection of Bundy and Dorothy, then turn South, accelerating at a high rate of speed, as well as two vehicles, one going rapidly South on Bundy right after the "Jeep-Like" Vehicle, and one going North on Bundy, passing the vehicle that was headed Southbound. He couldn't identify these two vehicles. ................. Somewhere, maybe someone can post the NY Daily News article on that 10:17-10:28 pm phone call between Nicole and Juditha, the one Shapiro refered to during the Preliminary, and in which I've read that Leslie Abramson had seen, ( NovatoBon, or anyone, if you have this article, please post it. I think it's dated July 9th, 1994. ) ..... These facts among others are very solid evidence and proof that the murders were committed between 10:30-10:45 pm. And the gate would have been closed during the murders except when Brad Roberts entered to find out what was taking Fuhrman so long. ...... In order for the Drawn in Blood Shapes and the "Camera Friendly" planted evidence not to be disturbed, that gate had to stay shut until the Akita was found. And then someone had to go to Bundy and open the gate after that and before the bodies were found. ...... Since there had to be a Rockinhham look-out, who had to be Ron Shipp, and Fuhrman and Brad Roberts had to prepare for the call from Ron Phillips, and for other reasons, such as Ron Shipp calling Tom McCullom to tell him about the murders before he should have even known about them, it had to be Ron Shipp who went to Bundy and opened the gate. ....... Of course Zvonko "Bill" Pavelic "lost" the tape-recording that Tom McCullom provided him with, and never told anyone about it, including the Defence, just as he attempted to do with his taped interview and witness statements with Rosa Lopez, until he was forced to admit he hadn't turned them over to the Defence, using some flimsy excuse as to why he hadn't, and this only after making the Defence appear to be dishonest at that. .................. Kato heard the three thumps 10:40-10:45 pm., which is exactly when Robert Heidstra was behind Elsie Tistearet's in the alley listening, and heard the "Hey!, Hey!, Hey!", the voices of TWO men briefly arguing, and the middle gate slamming. ---- How does the author account for these facts ? ... OJ could not have been at both Bundy and Rockinham at the same time. -- Between 10:50-10:55 pm., Kato goes to check out the three thumps, and Park and Kato see each other. And it is right about 10:55 pm. when OJ is seen entering his front door. ..... And this is also the time when Schwab found Nicole's dog. --- And at 11:00 pm, or just a couple minutes after, OJ comes out of the house packed and ready to go. ... Allan Park never noticed OJ's Bronco OR Kato's car, and he for sure never heard or saw OJ driving the Bronco back from anywhere. ---- Rosa Lopez had testified to seeing OJ and Kato, though she didn't know Kato, as leaving earlier in the evening not long after 9:00 pm., I think about 9:15 pm. Of course she saw them going to McDonald's, and while they were gone, she heard footsteps she wasn't sure whether from OJ's or the Salinger's side of the properties, walking toward the garage. ...... These footsteps frightened her so badly that she said she ducked and slowly closed the curtains of the window in her room which faced OJ's garage. She was Relieved only after she heard OJ's voice when he and Kato returned from McDonald's, about 9:45 pm. ........ And Rosa also heard strange mens' voices between 12:00-12:30 am. coming from OJ's yard after he had already left in the limo, and was already on the plane. ..... Rosa is also consistent and firm in her statements of seeing the Bronco parked on Rockingham from earlier in the evening of June 12, 1994 and parked in the same place the next morning. ............................ Of course we know all this, but many do not, and for those reading, it is important to outline these facts. ..... Then there's that pesky piece of wood, that stick found on OJ's lawn by his Bronco. A big Oooops! there! -- But taken all together, all these events taking place in different locations at the SAME TIME, and other facts as well, some already listed here and previous posts, and facts not yet posted in this thread, prove that OJ could not have murdered Nicole and Ron, that the murders occured between 10:30-10:45 pm., and also that OJ could not have committed the murders nor framed himself. ..............
