Also, there is no photo credit that I could find in the book to tell that someone sent him the photo or that he got it off a video taken by Current Affair or Extra or any of those shows.
Also: Where did he get the other photos? Say of the defense team? Some are obviously from the tv coverage but others are not. For example: The photo labled MF waiting to testify is Obviously not done for tv but by "request" perhaps of MF? (to be used later for his book --or to document "history" of event)
I have mentioned before that Springer thought it telling that of the books by the detectives and by the DA's, MF's is the ONLY one to NOT have photos of the victims in it.
Also in the dedication: MF says he didn't know either victim. That is a lie. He helped NIc in the harrassment case the year before and I believe he knew her much better than that. As we all know. And even there he can't bring himself to dedicate the book to them--by name.
And Springer and I discussed that for disliking someone as much as MF declared he disliked Marsha Clark, he sure put a lot of pictures of her in his book. And like V & L , he failed to put a photo of his Partner whom he talks of constantly--Brad Roberts-- even the one from the trial of him talking to OJ under the tree while OJ is handcuffed. If he has such a "problem" with the LAPD and the DA's and Brad Roberts Really being his partner, why not put a photo in of HIM>
If I had not seen the video, Roberts on tv one time, etc., I'd be thinking that he made Roberts up. I do know Brad Roberts was the first (and removed) detective from the Ennis Cosby murder. I do know (from LA Times) that Brad Roberts was the detective in the physian's death at producer Don Simpson's home (whom Wm Wasz admits to working for). He "may" have been one of 8 people sued by the physican's family (case later thrown out) for tampering with and covering up the details of the doctor's death. I know that Pellicano was one. Tony Pellicano was called before the cops were and Pellicano greeted the cops when they got there.
It seems ok for MF to put in photos of hostage negotiators and Swat team members but not Brad Roberts. charlie
